Currently membership applicants can choose from four levels of membership: Youth ($25), Adult ($35), Household ($40), and Corporate Patron ($200). We accept PayPal and e-transfer payments or send a cheque to P.O. Box 1239, Kemptville ON K0G 1J0.

Note: to send the form by email you must download it to your computer, then attach it to an e-mail addressed to [email protected].
